littleBits Platfrom Update

littleBits is a hands-on learning system of electronic building blocks that allows students of all ages to create with technology.

In early 2017 I began working closely with the hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to lead a complete redesign and upgrade of the littleBits platform. This included,

• Developing a new littleBits app to harness new hardware features and unify the digital experience across all product lines
• Redesigning the physical form and interfaces for all Bits and mechanical accessories
• Redefining the interactions between the hardware and software components in the the new system and documenting it in a system-wide Design Manual

This updated platform has not been released yet, so I can't share more details, but I'm happy to discuss the nature of my role in person.
